Call for Papers / Abstract Submission


We invite scholars to submit abstracts for consideration. Guidelines:

  • Abstracts should be between 200-300 words.

  • Submissions are open until January 1, 2026.

  • Acceptance notifications will be sent by February 1, 2026.


Themes eligible for submission include but are not limited to:

  • Effective altruism

  • Technology in philanthropy

  • Case studies on community-led initiatives


Panels / Workshops / Special Sessions


Participants can engage in interactive sessions such as:

  • Panel Discussion: "Reimagining Philanthropy for the Modern Age" moderated by Emily Davis.

  • Workshop: "Grassroots Funding Approaches" facilitated by Mark Lodge.


Registration & Fees


Registration opens on May 1, 2025, and closes on January 31, 2026.

Fees are structured as follows:

  • Outside Africa: $200

  • From Africa: $100

  • From Nigeria: N100,000
